I. Order Processing and Shipping Time
Order Processing Time: All orders will be processed on the same day.
Shipping Time: Delivery within the US is expected to take 2 days.
During the clearance sale, due to increased order volume, processing time may be slightly delayed, but we will do our best to ensure same-day processing.
II. Return and Refund Policy
Clearance Sale Items Description
Due to the company’s long-term continuous operating losses, this website is currently conducting a clearance sale at a loss. Some items are priced below cost. Clearance sale items are generally only eligible for return in cases of quality issues or shipping damage.
Return Time
Users must submit a return request and return the item within 30 days of receiving it. Returns or refunds will not be processed after this period.
Refund Time
After verification and receipt of the returned item, the refund will be returned to the original payment account within 3 days.
III. Return Process
Contact customer service to submit a return request, stating the reason for the return and providing relevant photos or proof.
After customer service approval, a return address and return tracking number will be provided.
Send the item back to the address provided by customer service, ensuring the packaging is intact and the logistics are trackable.
After the item arrives at the warehouse and is inspected, a refund will be processed within 3 days.
